Founded in 1998 by the merger of two local blood centers, Carter BloodCare is Texas' largest blood center. In April of 2007, Carter BloodCare announced a merger with Tyler-based Stewart Regional Blood Center. Together, they provide more than 330,000 units of lifesaving blood to North Central and East Texas each year, all thanks to generous donors like you!
